Have severe pain in shoulder since two and a half days. Seems to have aggravated after playing Table Tennis today. Doubtful that is a case of shoulder dislocation.

Hello, if you are able to lift your arm fully it is not a dislocation. If its painful it can be a case of rotator cuff injury. It needs to evaluated further. Get an X ray done of shoulder both AP and axillary views. A mild rotator cuff injury will be best treated by Physiotherapy.
