Shoulder blade pain
Hello, Since two weeks now, i have been having mild pain in my left shoulder blade(upper back)and it hurts even when i try to breathe deeply. Sometimes, it goes away for a couple of days and then come back in the morning. I recently started weight training(light workout only) but i didnt feel any pain immediately after workout or anything.. The breathing is a bit easier when i am standing extremely straight and much better on lying down on the floor/bed. What can this be and what should i do? If i should stop weight training for a while, please let me know what activities i can do safely

Yes. Stop weight training. Give rest to painful parts for a few days. Apply warm water bags. Apply pain relief spray. Start mild strengthening exercises of upper back once pain reduces a little.
