I have been experiencing joint pains in Knee and Shoulder almost a year now, i have been taking Homeopathy medicines but it is not so much effective in me. I was today by few doctors it could be something of Calcium and Vitamin deficiency. I don't know what exactly going on in my body. Can you help me understand why and is there any supplements i can take ongoing
