Should he need to take booster dose
My cousin was previously vaccinated with Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal 4 dose anti rabies vaccine 2 Months Ago but he got dog scratch recently so he took 2 Booster Dose Day 0 and Day 3 intradermal he took his Last 2nd Day 3 rabies booster yesterday on 3rd April 2022 but today again a street dog scratch him with no wound just drop like blood comes out and skin redness so should he need to take booster dose of Arv how many dose he have to take ?

If there's re-exposure withing 3months of Prev POST EXPOSURE Vaccination : no more vaccine/booster is required IF document/any proof of prev POST exposure vaccination is available .
Next Steps
so just wash the wound with soap and water ...keep it under running water for 15min
do not suture the wound ...leave it open
apply betadiene solution over that twoce daily for next 3 days and leave it open

First of all i will need picture of wound to check whether its grade 1, 2 or grade 3 of dog bite , then further we can decide about booster dose or requirement IV Immunoglobulins
