Shortness of breath, Fatigue
I am 80kgs and 5'7.  I feel very tired even during rest, have troubled breathing at times in the day. Ppl near me complain that they could hear me breathing too hard. During night, after I go to bed I have shortness of breath and severe thirst accompanied with warm upper body. I feel my skin is burning at the same time I feel very cold ( With AC On). I could feel the sudden shift feeling hot then cold and so on. I have very dry and pale skin and severe hair loss & thinning. I have this complain for over an year. Never consulted any doctor for this. I feel the symptoms are severe now.

Dear sis, first of all your body weight is more as per height. Your these symptoms may be associated with hormonal imbalance. First of all consult your family physician and go for Thyroid profile, as your complaint it seems you may be a sufferer of thyroid dysfunction.
