Shivering with fever

My husband is 36 years old. He frequently gets into a condition wherein he starts shivering which normalises after he takes Combiflam (1 dose) n takes rests. He also sweats a lot even with slightest physical work.

Since he shivers with fever conditions such as malaria and dengue would be required to be ruled out and he must take the necessary treatment as his diagnosis. Record and map his temperatures and all other symptoms. I would strongly advice you to visit the nearest ER and undergo the necessary investigations and have it treated.
