Please inform whether his  symptoms have improved or not with the empirical treatment given? Cough with mucous and cold is more  for respiratory tract infection . You can stop lariago. Start tab cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5 days.

Urine complete n microscopic advisable. Lariago compl2.5 days course. Intake of milk is required. Continue MONTE lc. Stop dolo,zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days. Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 5 days. Ambrodil  s syr 5ml twice n 10 ml at night for five days or as required. Emset4 MD to put under toung it dissolve with saliva slowly once  for  nausea which is due to lariago.
