Shiver while talking

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I use to shiver while talking not at all I'm out of confidence while talking but still I shiver l to it while talking to my friends, some girls, teachers nd even inferiors. Tell me how do I control and get rid of it , my weight is 52kg so surely obesity is not a reason.
