Shin nerve pain
I am 31 year old Indian woman in  finland . Saturday my kids were about to fall in a park I tried to catch her and tripped my leg. My right leg was twisted like a u shaped which is already a ligament problem since 2006 . Now it's swelled near the ankle bone and the shin bone nerve is hurting a lot.. night couldn't sleep ..could not stand long and do household chores . When I sit on the floor unable to get up .. also it swells a lot after sitting on the floor. Here we cannot get a doctor appointment..I am unable to take rest since I need to take care of home, husband  and 2 little daughters (4 year and 1.5 year ) old .. Please tell me how can I solve it without going to the doctor ? On 2006 accident ligament got tore and it didn't heal fully .. it's now swell next to that spot

Anti inflammatory and anti oedema measures. Some physiotherapy. But definitive management needs to be done by an orthopaedician.
