Shifting pain left leg

Asked for Female, 49 Years

My wife 49 yrs old, has pain in left leg staring from thighs to near knee. Pain sometimes more while sitting on chair but less pain while sitting on sofa. Walking and standing is painful. She takes pain killer when pain is more. She takes thyronorm 100, last 1.5 yrs Gall bladder was removed due to stones. Please suggest some suitable medicines for her. Currently we are living in Africa, Uganda country , due to current pandamic we could not come to India. Thanks Kulbhushan Misra
