Hi,
I was diagnosed by psychiatrist ( in one of best chains of hospital) for adhd and depression I was regular patient of her for more than 4 years. Since 2 years i have stopped going as I had lost my job plus fees had increased substantially. As adhd medication requires frequent visit for refill I couldn't afford it.
Now I'm planning to shift to smaller practice psychiatrist.. I couldn't continue/ finish my professional study.. I need my medicine.
So what should I carry to my new psychiatrist to help her understand my case.
I have my case file plus prescription copy from existing psychiatrist.
Anything else I need to take care??
