Sharp, shock-like pain in chest

Hi The past two weeks I have noticed a sharp, pain in the front of my left breast occurring periodically. I feels as if I am being shocked by electricity. It happened suddenly and disappears quickly. Certain movements such as moving my shoulders backwards or stretching my arms upwards I have noticed will sometimes bring on the pain. Is this of concern?
