Sharp pain at the start of bowel movements with blood on the surface of the stool for 10 days sometimes like lines or patches(blood) So I visited the doctor and got a prescription for 15 days.
She saw anal tear but not sure of hemorrhoids inside so prescribed following medicines
1 sitcom forte -15 days
2 fidonal ointment- twice
3 Livoluk RF fibre Powder (said to get soft stools)
I ONLY BOUGHT 7 TABLETS OF SITCOM FORTE FROM HOSPITAL LATER FOUND OUT I CAN'T BUY THEM LOOSE AT PHARMACY SO IS THERE ANY ALTERNATIVE FOR THIS TABLET FOR OTHER 7 DAYS OR SHOULD I ONLY TAKE 7 DAY COURSE AND CONTINUE WITH OTHER 2 MEDICINE . Also my pain almost gone now but still seeing blood patches on stool and mentioned same to doctor. Could you pls help me on this so that I can start taking medicine.

Sitcom Forte is mainly supportive (pain/inflammation relief)
Since pain is already better, missing few days is okay
Advice
Continue Fidonal ointment twice daily
Continue Livoluk fibre regularly
Drink plenty of water
Avoid constipation/straining
Next Steps
Slight bleeding may continue for few days normal in fissure
If bleeding persists >10–14 days or increases review doctor
