Sharp pain at start of bowel movements
Sharp pain at the start of bowel movements with blood on the surface of the stool for 10 days sometimes like lines or patches(blood) So I visited the doctor and got a prescription for 15 days. She saw anal tear but not sure of hemorrhoids inside so prescribed following medicines 1 sitcom forte -15 days 2 fidonal ointment- twice 3 Livoluk RF fibre Powder (said to get soft stools) I ONLY BOUGHT 7 TABLETS OF SITCOM FORTE FROM HOSPITAL LATER FOUND OUT I CAN'T  BUY THEM LOOSE AT PHARMACY SO IS THERE ANY ALTERNATIVE FOR THIS TABLET FOR OTHER 7 DAYS OR SHOULD I ONLY TAKE 7 DAY COURSE AND CONTINUE WITH OTHER 2 MEDICINE . Also my pain almost gone now  but still seeing blood patches on stool and mentioned same to doctor. Could you pls help me on this so that I can start taking medicine.

Sitcom Forte is mainly supportive (pain/inflammation relief) Since pain is already better, missing few days is okay Advice Continue Fidonal ointment twice daily Continue Livoluk fibre regularly Drink plenty of water Avoid constipation/straining
Next Steps
Slight bleeding may continue for few days  normal in fissure If bleeding persists >10–14 days or increases  review doctor
