  4. Sharp neck pain. Please suggest me!

Sharp neck pain
Today i felt a pain radiating from left side neck to the forehead. The pain is sharp and it last for less than 1 minute. This pain i got today is a new type pain. It happened 2-3 times in a day. I am not having proper pillow while sleeping. Is this symptom i am facing is due to the sleeping jerks or some other things. Please suggest me

Sleep in hard mattress in straight position without pillow..it will be corrected..for now apply volini spray
