Hi, I am 28 years of age. And till last few years I was normal but from few years I have been thinking about multiple things in dreams like being with a beautiful trans female who looks exactly as a female but having male organ and I am playing both the roles of a male and female while having sex. This dream is disturbing me a lot and I have no such real experience and I cannot even try for it. I once took a therapy during covid and I was told to try in real and if it's serious I won't resist. But I donot know what to do.

Dreams interpretation is real. But most of the times we also vent out through our dreams. It doesn’t mean exactly what we experience in our dreams.
You need to work with a hypnotherapist who can dig deeper into the core issue of such dreams, and help you in finding out the real reason behind it.
It can be well addressed with counseling sessions effectively.
You need an expert counseling psychologist.

Hi,
It is completely normal to have dreams that may be confusing or disturbing. Dreams are often a reflection of our subconscious thoughts and desires, and they do not necessarily reflect our true intentions or desires in waking life. It is important to remember that dreams do not define who we are as individuals.
If you are feeling uncomfortable or disturbed by these dreams, it may be helpful to talk to a therapist or counselor about your concerns. They can provide you with support and guidance in processing these thoughts and emotions. It is also important to remember that exploring these thoughts and feelings in a safe and supportive environment, such as therapy, can help you better understand and accept yourself.
Ultimately, it is important to prioritize your own well-being and mental health. It is okay to have these thoughts and feelings, and seeking support from a professional can help you navigate them in a healthy and constructive way. Remember, you are not alone and there are resources available to help you.
