When I took councelling sessions two years back with a psychologist on my dreams and my want from life which was creating a doubt on my sexuality, after multiple sessions it was told to experience it in real , if not will not be sure and my sexuality was kind of different, a confusion between two , Pan or Bi or something. Due to health issues specially reoccurring of hemorrhoids and fissure again i was and i am unable to give a single try to it and also it's too hard to find the perfect match as I need. What should I do?
How to give a pratical try? Tried many apps and ol as suggested by my psychologist. What to do now?

Hi.... Please stop trying to fit into a label when it comes to your sexuality. These labels are primarily meant to be help LGBTQ population find an expression and not to restrict them into a pre-defined category. Not belonging to the socially acceptable preference is already enough to create a lot of pressure in someone's mind. Now trying to put oneself fit into a particular label is unnecessary. Try to seek it like as an exploration and not as an investigation. Finding a right partner is difficult for everyone, irrespective of their sexuality. Your inability to find a partner is more a function of your personality and less a function of your sexuality. Believe that you have an equal chance of finding a good partner with respect to anyone.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist who has an experience in dealing with concerns of LGBTQ population. Not because they are different in any way, but because of the stigma attached to it. It becomes difficult for them to seek professional help and social support. Therapist's also need to be sensitized and well informed to address their issues more effectively.
