Hi Doctor, I have taken few therapy sessions earlier and was diagnosed as having Sexual OCD. I am very much addicted to multiple sexual relationships and addictive sexual behavior. I am unable to come out of those relationships. I am also very much addicted to porn and masturbation while alone. I am still unmarried and due to all these issues I didn't feel like entering a married life. Now I feel really lost in life and have severe obsessions and have severe anxiety and depression thinking about my future. I need help to come out of this. It would be helpful if I can get someone who is well experienced with such cases and can speak Malayalam.
