Gaining lot of weight suddenly in last 2-3 months.. 77 kg to 81.5...thyroid is in control.. Hv pcos since 10 yrs but still weight was nt such high...
Kindly help and advice how to loose some weight... Diet is ny helping and spondylitis is a hindrance in exercising...
