Severe stomach pain

Hello Doctor, I having severe stomach pain & gassy inside. Pl suggest. Unable to sit, walk & have food. I get pain all over my stomach & in the sides too. It makes me very tired & unable to do anything. Even my motion is watery & I get pain while going. I avoided all gassy food & fast foods. I had only rice & idly.
