Severe pain around pharynx and throat
Throat is paining a lot. Not able to swallow, redness and inflammation around inner mouth throat region. Taking claribid but not helping. And not able to gargle, took ibuprofen for pain release but not helping. Not able to swallow saliva.

Betadine gargle add 3ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meals two times. Zifi o200 two times after food for five days. Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days. Montek lc one at night for five days.

Take tab combiflam one every 8hours for 3 days after meals. Tab azithromycin 500mg one daily for 5 days. Do hot, saline, gargles,  2 to 3 times daily
