After a sudden fall. I'm experiencing severe neck and left side shoulder pain. Not able to turn my head either way, it constitutes to a sharp. Feeling very uncomfortable. Can you please suggest any remedy..

Hy I advise use cervical collar for some times.and if pain very severe consult a ortho or physio for further examination like digital x ray cervical spine nd shoulder.
