Good evening. Having tingling numbness in hands and feet indicates that there is a problem related to nerve compression or nerve related condition. Which can be at the level of spinal cord or spinal root. Or at local peripheral nerve symptoms which can be caused by number of conditions like diabetes. Demylinating nerve conditions. Etc. Treating ur neck and upper back pain with pain modalities in physiotherapy  is important which will be done in physiotherapy clinic. If u have relief of pain in neck and back .it also should reduce ur tingling and numbness. But if u don't have any relief after 2 weeks of physiotherapy .it means that u should go for further evaluation for nerve related problems. Like enmg nerve studies. Blood examination.etc. Considering ur age.i hope that u will find relief with physiotherapy. Please do consult senior physiotherapy specialist nearby for further advice.

Your neck pain could be due to your poor posture and prolonged bending. Tingling sensation and numbness could be due to compression of nerve in your neck region. How long do you have this pain? Is that continuous pain or intermittent? Which activity aggrevates or decreases your pain?
Next Steps
You should give hot water fomentation for 15-20 min twice a day. You should avoid prolonged neck bending. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. Avoid using using high pillow.
Health Tips
If the pain persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment.

Pain in your neck and upper back can be due to muscle spasm or muscular pain as at the age of 23 there are less chances of disc buldging at the cervical level until you have met with an accident or had an injury at the cervical level. Consult a physio for proper diagnosis if they feel you can go for an MRI to rule out nerve compression. Now tingling in your hands and legs could be due to vitamin deficiency so I advice to go for full body profile including your vit b12 levels. Consult me online for further queries.
Next Steps
Consult a Physio immediately. Use Heat packs thrice a day for 15 mints at the painful area. I advice you to go for a full body profile blood reports including your vit b12 levels.
