I'm an 19 year old individual of weight 70 kg, height 5.7 ft, I've been doing cardio (mainly walking and jogging) for a while. I happened to discontinue it for a few months but have however resumed it along with a few other exercises like crunches etc. I experience severe muscle sore mainly in the thigh area(like I can't feel my thighs and also pain), also in other areas of my body. I heard that it usually gets better with time, but I'm not able to experience such a result. Please help me!
