Have been experiencing some discomfort in my lower back for the past 3-4 months. Took a 1 month break from Gym and took proper rest which gave a lot of relief. Started Gym again about a month ago, and the pain is back since yesterday and is even more severe. I am not a heavy lifter in Gym, just do some Cardio exercises.
I drive approximately 80 kms everyday to work and do a desk job.
About 5 years ago i was involved in a bike accident and have stiffness in my left knee ever since, so don't run much in gym as it starts paining every few months.
Ever since, the back pain has started bothering it at times radiates through the thighs to the left knee and calf muscles.
Please advise.
