Back pains
Sir, for several years now, I have been suffering from severe pain in my lower back. Consequently, even a slight forward bend intensifies this pain significantly, often accompanied by a sharp burning sensation and tingling. The pain becomes excruciating after walking for extended periods or sitting in a hunched position; this leads to pain radiating into both of my legs, leaving me feeling constantly fatigued and weak. I am unable to even bend down to put on my socks, and the pain also intensifies when sitting on the toilet. Please diagnose my condition, suggest a suitable remedy, and advise me on which diagnostic scan—either a CT scan or an MRI—I should undergo to identify the underlying cause of my ailment. Thank you.
