Severe leg and heel pain. Health.

Developed pain in right side of the body, from eye to heel. 1) Post pregnancy 6 years ago, she developed pain in right shoulder, also numbness in arms. She wouldn't grip anything firmly. Consulted multiple doctors & medications l to sooth her condition. As we are still fighting to get right treatment for abovesaid symptims, below problem is aggregating her condition. 2) She couldn't stand or walk immediately after waking up or inactive state. The pain is immense during initial steps but slowly settles as she continues walk. The pain starts at right heel and aggregates to hip/lower back. Please suggest a right medication and area of specialization for consultation to get this treated and reward her better mental and physical health.
