Severe ithcing on back

Asked for Male, 38 Years

My mother has been suffering thru liver cirrohsis plus carcinoma patient. Due to liver issue she is on very lean diet that too liquid only and she is taking very low diet. Now she has developed severe itching on her back due to bed ridden . she cant walk or get up from bed on her own. She needs assistance In each and every activity as she has become very weak. Her itching has been so severe that every 5 minute she wants that someone should scratch her back or just keep scratching the whole day. Even she is unable to sleep due to itching issue. Kindly advise what should be done. Lotion medicine ointment please advise or something else for instant results.
