Sabse pehle main aapko yeh assure karna chahta hoon ki agar 1 saal se koi pain, swelling, pus discharge ya fever nahi hua hai, to active abscess ya fistula hone ki possibility bahut kam hoti hai. Fistula silently dusre organs me spread nahi karta. Rectovaginal fistula hota hai to uske clear symptoms hote hain, jaise vagina se gas ya stool pass hona ya foul smelling discharge. Bina symptoms ke yeh develop nahi hota. Is samay aap medically stable lag rahi hain. Jo baar-baar “what if” thoughts aa rahe hain, woh pehle ke painful experience ke baad normal anxiety response ho sakta hai. Aap apna bowel routine achha rakhein — paani 2.5–3 litre, fiber diet, constipation avoid karein, strain na karein. Mild discomfort ho to warm sitz bath le sakti hain. Regular walking karein aur unnecessary Google searching avoid karein. Sirf tab doctor ko dikhayein jab actual symptoms aayein — pain, swelling, fever, discharge, ya vagina se gas/stool pass hona.

This is manageable, but needs proper consultation.  To begin with follow HAIP DIET®️  immediately.  Seek consultation because detailed HAIP Root Cause Analysis is required in your case to give better results. Consultation is discounted if you are following HAIP DIET®️ and is valid for a month.
