Severe headache
I am having severe headache (forehead, eyes, back of head) for past one month and dizziness. I went to ENT, they said no problem. Another doctor told it is because of sinus. I went to neurologist. They took CT and MRI on head and they said no issues. But I'm taking medications. But no improvement. I don't know what to do next. Note. I'm in abroad where the language is different so the communication is bit difficult. Kindly help me to what to do next.

You should go step by step. First doctor should be a General Physician who will examine you head to foot. Even now I will suggest, please consult with a General Physician.  I don't know if the Specialist Doctors took your Blood Pressure record or not. Also get Blood CBC and Blood sugar done . You can consult with a General Physician on Practo with all the reports. In the meantime you can take Tab Cetrizine and Paracetamol twice daily.

So MRI is usually normal in almost 98% cases of headache thus ruling out anything serious. But then this headache can be managed by medicines.
Next Steps
You can visit any pain management specialist nearby or over video call for further management.

Check your blood pressure. Get your eyesight checked. If you are getting headache more after using screens or laptops then try taking breaks in between your work. Look away from the screens and close your eyes. Drink plenty of water and ensure you are not dehydrated. Also make sure you are eating on time. Headaches can also occur when your meal times are irregular Get enough rest and sleep. If your eyesight and blood pressure are also normal, sometimes headaches can also be stress related.
