Severe Headache and body pain
Throat infection since the past 2 days along with borderline fever. High BP in idle state. Last night it touched 180 and the lower one was around 94 when measured with the BP machine at home.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Drink plenty of fluids.
