Hi dear
Hairfall is a serious issue post delivery and it does take time for it to settle however
U should eat healthy diet and add things which have zinc in ur diet
Start using rosemary oil this will help in strengthening and reducing the hairfall although it will take some time but it works

Take diet rich in iron and zinc…it’s a phase…u will have hair growth …take proper nutrition and hydrate yourselves properly…If hair fall doesn’t stop consult a nearby dermatologist…
