Hi, My friend has fever since the past 3 days coming on and off and today on the 3rd day, he's vomited. He has been taking Dolo 650, G-Oflox 200 and TusQD but there is hardly any recovery. He's taken Cetrazine just now.
Is it just viral or anything severe ? Are these medicines ok or should he change ?
