Severe ear pain after flight

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have severe ear pain post flight. It's on right side. Its been 5 days now. I am not able to hear properly and having continuous beep sound from my ear. The pain is di severe than I am not even able to eat properly. Its not in whole right area. I got checked with doctor nearby and they said there is no fluid or blood stopped in your ear.

You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold or air travel because of environmental pressure changes. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You may need to take decongestant nasal drops and tablets along with over the counter analgesics for symptomatic pain relief
