Severe diarrhea head ache stomach ache
I had a fever yesterday then I had loose motions several times.. I took a paracetamol BT nothing happened. Then all night I am having constat head ache stomach ache back pain joint pain. The fever is not there BT I ate little bit in the morning and again went to the loo 3 times and the stomach started paining. Not able to eat anything and feeling very tired

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a cap. Pan-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab. Sporolac DS thrice a day after food for 2 days. Drink plenty of fluids. If fever , tab.  Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days.
