Severe dandruff
I have something like dandruff in my hair, the flakes are much and a bit oily, it itches when expose to sunlight, I have to use powerful detergent before the flakes go off (due to oilniness) and it comes back after few days. And my hair is not growing fast due to this problem.

Dandruff can be treated with lotions and shampoo (not commercial ones). Some people do have more oily scalp which cause visible flakes which we call dandruff. There are some other conditions also which can present like flaking of the scalp and have to be ruled out. Do not apply oil on scalp as it will increase the problem.
