Severe Back pain
About 20 ago, after waking up in the morning I felt pain in my lower back /waist area. I feel this pain inside my back bone (not outer side) I went to doctor. He prescribed me diclo gel and dicol para tab. Still the Pain is the same. Meanwhile I also went to osteopathy but now I feel pain also started from outer side of my back bone from lower side. In fact I am feeling a small bump inside my lower back. Insight me...😰
