Severe Acne on Face
I have been suffering from acne since I was 17. I had isotrinition treatment for 3 times already when I took medicine my acne get better and almost finished but after a gap of 6 -10 month time it comes back.
Is there any permanent cure or what could be the issue. also, can I start isotrinition one more time I am 50 kg in weight female

Please don't self treat with isotretinoin unless prescribed by doctor. Acne can be treated with isotretinoin but there are number of other methods to reduce the severity. Acne in your age can be due to hormonal disturbances which needs to be evaluated. Lifestyle and diet modification should also be done.
