Serum uric acid and CBC report
My mother CBC test and urea serum uric acid test and lft and kft are done pics are attached lft and kft are  fine but her serum uric acid is almost more She is a heart patient her platelet count is 2.42 lakh is it related to the the sticking of blood please elaborate about the it main problem is her serum uric acid her foot pains l lot and swelling is it due to uric acid we are not giving her  more pulses and protein rich foods but pain is not going Please tell if any medicines or injections are needed for serum uric acid right foot has swelling and pain a lot while walking

Uric acid is not responsible for her swelling. She needs a more thorough evaluation to arrive at a conclusion of whats causing the swelling.

S uric acid as shown in the report is just within upper limit of normal value. This seems to be less likely the cause for pain. Platelet count is also within normal values.
Next Steps
You can get one x-ray of the foot ap & oblique to rule out any bony pathology. Tab Paracetamol can be taken thrice a day for 5 days. If still pain persists you need to visit a pain managment specialist for same.
