Hi
It could be chronic kidney disease, with minimal proteinuria. If he doesn’t have diabetes or hypertension then this needs follow up. Meanwhile to do ultrasound of the kidneys and urine routine analysis if not done.
Diet would be normal diet, may restrict protein intake to 0.8-1g per kg body weight, avoid red meat, and salt 4g per day.
