I did my KFT today . It shows low serum creatinine. Attaching my reports here. I had pain in my right abdomen. Reason for testing. Should I be worried?

Low creatinine is not an issue at all. Normal creatinine ranges from 0.6 to 1.2 according to many labs. Your creatinine is normal Low creatinine can be because of good kidney function or low body mass. Your urine report shows presence of blood (RBCs) So better get evaluated for it It may be due a stone, which can cause abdomen pain and blood in urine. Nothing to suggest urine infection or any other major kidney problem
Next Steps
Do an ultrasound scan KUB Repeat your urine test after 2 weeks
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water, 3 litres per day minimum
