Septoplasty is a day care procedure performed routinely in ENT. You may be discharged from hospital within 3 days. If you are having breathing problem due to deviated nasal septum you should undergo surgery. There is nothing to worry much. Go ahead with surgery so that you get enough time for exam preparation later.

The allergic symptoms like sneezing will not be cured by septoplasty, but the blockage will be relieved. U can go for septoplsty, if done properly with endoscope, it will heal within a week.

Septoplasty will help with deviated septum only, should nt face any issues after a couple of days. But it wont help with the allergic symptoms.
