Doctor has advised me to undergo FESS and septoplasty
Is it safe to undergo this surgery at this age
Will I have to undergo this surgery again at later point in time
Are there any other any other complications attached to it and is there any other way through which I can be cured apart from Surgery.

Fess can be controlled with sprays but Septum is a bone that will not be altered with medication so surgery will be needed.
But CT is needed to know the extend of disease
If there is no polyp then recurrence rate is less but will need proper postop care like douching
