Septated cystic area 23mm*13 mm

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Septated cystic area 23mm*13 mm seen in right ovary. Trying to conceive in this cycle..my left follicle size is 18*19. I was on fertyl and progynova. Pls tell me if I can conceive? What is this septated cystic area ? Can i still conceive or no ? This is my 4th month of trying to get program.
