Ovarian cyst scan report
Bulky, measuring 9.2 x 4.9 x 4.1 cm, with a volume of 100 cc. No focal space-occupying lesion (SOL) is seen. The cervix is mildly bulky (3.00 cm in AP diameter), and the endometrial thickness is 10.3 mm.
Adnexa:
Right ovary is normal in size (3 x 1.3 cm) but has a large unilocular cyst (69 x 52 mm) in the right adnexa, right paraovarian region.
Left ovary is bulky (3.7 x 3.2 cm) with an approximately 54 x 33 mm septated cyst in the left paraovarian region.
