Csyt in Right ovary - 48 × 42 mm
Hi Doctor,I am a 28-year-old unmarried female from Vijayawada.I have no major pain, only back pain during periods. My recent ultrasound shows a hemorrhagic cyst in the right ovary measuring 48 × 42 mm (4.8 cm). Will this resolve on its own, or do I need any medicine? Will it cause problems in the future? My marriage is planned in 4 months—will it affect my fertility? Thank you.
