Small sized septal perforation developed backside of nose after 6 weeks of septoplasty.
Only complication I feel is nasal blockage.

Septal perforation is known complication after septoplasty. You need to undergo nasal Endoscopy there might be crusting which is causing obstructions also you might need CT scan to exactly find out cause of nasal obstruction.
