Seeking treatment for STD like symptoms

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Sir/Mam....I had an unprotected intercourse with a stranger about 2 months ago.... I had recurrent fever for the past 2 days and additionally i have lower abdominal pain with painful and irritant urination with more orangish-yellow colour and a foul smell...and today i have noticed some red rashes under the foreskin of my penis.... Having a doubt that i have contracted STD and am really tensed and feared.... Please help me out Sir/Mam
