Second dengue
There is an increasing dengue wave in my area. People who are getting dengue are having following common symptoms: 1. Frequent vomiting since Day 1 2. Full body pain since Day 0 3. Some got cured w/o hospitalization (I had got dengue 4 months ago with 1. 104°F fever on day 1, 2. Day and night vomiting from day 4-7 3. *No body/joint pain at all* 4. Hospitalization, IV) Does this mean, based on symptoms, there are 2 different variants and I am at very high risk of second dengue?

I don't know if you get second Dengue attack. But one thing should be appreciated that by taking treatment for Dengue you may become asymptomatic but Dengue antigen test will not become negative so soon. People keep getting their Dengue antigen test done and think that they got second attack of Dengue.
