Scrotum bumps on skin multiple in no

I have some bumps on my scrotum skin present from last 9 yrs . No pain itching or anything happens but I think it's growing in no .there is one particular big lump soft filled with liquid others hard n small . When I press some very lil ones they secrete while jel like fluid pls help. I want to know disease treatment n is it dangerous
