Scratching back and loss of appetite
Hello, my 20 months Son has lost his appetite and not eating since last couple of days. Since last few days he is pointing to his stomach as if there is some pain. He is also often scratching his bumps. Could this be due to worms? Would it be safe to give him 10 ml Bendex? While sleeping he is suddenly getting up crying.

Worm infestation has absolutely NO relation to appetite. Yes,scratching perianal area, specially at night could be due to worms. Give syp zentel 5 ml single dose. Additional to this, trim his nails and ensure he can't scratch directly on skin,i.e,tight pajamas.
